A SUPER SIMPLE WAY TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE / RETURN
Owlete Active doesn't want any customer to be unhappy with their purchase.
If you find that the size you have selected is not quite right, have no stress, I offer a FREE size exchange for 30 days after purchase.
Here's our system:
1. Send an email to: admin@owlete.com.au
2. Provide your name, order number, and sizes you require.
3. I will send you a pre-paid return label, print this out to return your item.
4. As soon as this label is scanned at Australia Post I will have the replacement item heading your way.
*Only ONE free size swap is available per purchase.
** Items can only be returned if they are unworn and unwashed.
*** If you require a refund, as soon as the items are returned to our HQ. I will process an immediate refund. **See our Return and Refund policy for further information with regards to time frames etc.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind after your purchase has been dispatched, and would like to select a different item. Owlete Active will send you out a replacement and cover the postage. The customer is responsible for returning the unwanted products to Owlete Active at:

WRONG ITEM IN ORDER
If you accidentally selected the wrong size, or processed the wrong item in your order, and would like to select a different item. Send an SMS to 0409050408 or email to admin@owlete.com.au ASAP to notify Louisa.
If your purchase has already been posted out Owlete Active will send you out a replacement and cover the postage.
