SHIPPING INFORMATION

AUSTRALIA

Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Standard or Express Post with Australia Post. Orders via Standard post are $8.95 and you can expect to receive your parcel within 2-5 business days from dispatch (this could be longer during the COVID-19 Crisis & especially if you are located in rural Western Australia). Orders via Express Post are $12.00 and you can expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 business days from dispatch.

It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We use Australia Post for the processing of our international orders. All orders with a delivery address in New Zealand will receive a charge of $15 shipping. All orders with a delivery location outside of New Zealand and Australia will receive a charge of $35 shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Owlete Active does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

**Please note that due to COVID-19 Australia Post are experiencing long delays in their deliveries to certain countries, USA and Canada to name a few. This is unfortunate and outside of Owlete Actives control**

 

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Owlete Active will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request “Safedrop” Owlete Active will not be held liable for missing parcels.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All Owlete Active orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once this confirmation has been sent.
