Sizing
Our sizes are closely aligned with the sizes you buy in Target or Kmart.
I've sized my product to give your girl the max wear time from your purchase. If her measurements are on the smaller end of the size scale, and you'd like it to fit firm from day one, I recommend going down to the smaller size 👍
But we also understand that girls come in all shapes and sizes so we've included a handy size chart HERE, to ensure your items fit correctly when they arrive.

We also have a phone number at the bottom of the front page which will be answered by Louisa. Keeping in mind that she's a shift worker, whilst wearing her other hat, and at times will be occupied with a job or on nightwork. But she will always endeavor to return your call.
Returns
Yes, we accept returns on all non sale items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us ASAP after receiving your items to arrange a return/exchange. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
How soon will my order be posted?
All orders are sent out within 24 hours from Brisbane, Queensland.
If an item is marked as 'Pre Sale' or 'Pre-order' your full order will be shipped when all order items have arrived.
How do I track my order?
Orders are sent out with Australia Post. You will be sent an email once your order has been packed and you will be able to track your order online via the link provided in the email, or by clicking this link.
If you have the Shop App, and your order is made with the same email address, your order will be available within your app.
Will you be stocking any other designs and sizes?
We are always adding new designs and sizes to our store and we love hearing from our community about what they would love to see in our shop. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear form you, drop us a line at admin@owlete.com.au
Will you be adding a range for boys?
No, we're sticking in our lane and maintaining our focus on girls activewear.
I have a design that I would love to see on activewear, do you take suggestions for new releases?
Absolutely yes. Send us an email at admin@owlete.com.au with any suggestions or recommendations you have.
Do you make the activewear yourself?
I tried. The cost of fabric plus my sub-par sewing skills, meant that I would be selling you activewear that was at an inflated price and poorly constructed.
I have handed the job to the experts. I have manufacturers in China, Taiwan and am investigating factories in other areas around the world as well as in Australia.
Does Owlete Active sell wholesale?
